A proficient Bilingual Events Coordinator is sought to develop conferences, incentive programs, events, and tailored itineraries for corporate clients from French-speaking regions, collaborating with a destination management firm.
This role is ideal for individuals residing in Scotland who are willing to travel to the designated area a few times weekly, possessing fluency in French and experience in event management, conferences, or tours, to join a reputable DMC.
As a Bilingual Events Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Crafting and curating customized programs for corporate groups from French-speaking countries, whether for events, conferences, or incentive trips/tours.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with French-based event companies and local service providers.
Overseeing the planning and execution of events/tours/conferences for groups ranging from 4 to 50, ensuring a premium Scottish experience for your corporate clients from inception to completion.
Utilizing spreadsheet software to create detailed financial plansLeading site visits and group activities in Scotland.
As a Bilingual Events Coordinator, you will need:
Proficiency in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Experience in promoting a product, tour, event, or conference
A vibrant 'can-do' attitude, with the capability to design and deliver impressive experiences for clients.
Salary range is competitive, based on prior experience
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
