About the Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external customers, handling queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Uphold our commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
- Build strong working relationships across various departments within the organisation
- Accurately and promptly complete all necessary company paperwork in accordance with established procedures
- Utilize MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Packages on a daily basis to support your responsibilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally within a service-oriented industry
- Demonstrated ability and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership in resolving customer issues
- Preferably have your own transport to ensure punctuality and flexibility
- Comfortable working towards and achieving KPIs in a dynamic environment
