Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough surveys and inspections of our properties to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with our housing, repairs & maintenance, and customer resolution teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Develop and implement effective reporting systems to monitor issues and identify trends, providing actionable insights to inform our asset management strategy.
- Specify and manage improvement and repair works, collaborating with consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality results within budget and timeframe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our residents, promoting our organization and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct stock condition surveys to inform our asset management plans and support our business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise to our Aids and Adaptations service, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our residents.
- Work closely with our Asset Manager to ensure our assets are managed efficiently, effectively, and in line with our strategic objectives.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve customer complaints related to asset management, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Project manage packages of work from inception to delivery, demonstrating excellent contractor and project management skills.
- Previous relevant experience in asset management, property surveying, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage own workload, prioritize tasks, and meet internal and external service level agreements.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to communicate, influence, and chair meetings with various stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and experience of building maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent contractor and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- An annual salary of £46,680.98.
