Client Relationship Assistant Maternity Cover

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Conveyancing department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system to maintain efficient communication.
  • Engaging with clients through telephone and in-person interactions to build strong relationships.
  • Managing filing systems, including daily filing, storage, and retrieval of client files, to maintain organization.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with new business introducers to foster growth.
  • Guiding clients through the initial steps of their move to provide exceptional service.
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinating the scanning and photocopying of paperwork to maintain accurate records.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support the team.

  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with clients.
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable to changing situations.
  • A desire to progress within the new business department and contribute to its growth.
  • Ideally possess a background in Customer Service and an understanding of legal services.
