Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Counter Manager to join our team. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Delegate roles and responsibilities to team members to ensure maximum sales opportunities and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the counter is stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager.
- Communicate effectively with store and department managers, area managers, and team members to maintain high levels of open communication.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks and assist with area manager administration as needed.
- Ensure staff rotas are completed fairly and on a monthly basis.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping on the counter and displays.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to motivate and delegate to a team, and have a passion for beauty and customer service. You'll also need to be able to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
