Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef looking for their next challenge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food, delivering exceptional service, and working closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion excellent service through quality food
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food every time
  • Work as an active hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor
  • Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills
  • Contribute to menu design and daily specials
  • Maintain effective controls with regard to GP and labour
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
