Job Title: Head of IT and Digital Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT and Digital Innovation to lead our digital transformation agenda. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies to support our organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing IT strategies to support our organisational goals
  • Managing digital projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Providing expert advice on emerging technologies and digital trends
  • Leading special projects within the organization, driving innovation and excellence
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective project delivery
  • Supporting our NHSE bids and project delivery efforts to generate revenue for the organisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT and digital leadership roles
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations (desirable)
