Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our client's finance team in Liverpool City Centre. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating debt payments, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
- Process credit card payments and manage cash flow
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of credit control strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
