We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team in Liverpool. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing ledgers and customer accounts, taking direct payments over the phone, and using credit facilities to settle outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Take direct payments over the phone and via other channels
• Utilize credit facilities to settle outstanding balances
• Collaborate with the management and customer accounts team to implement efficient processes and procedures
• Conduct high-standard internal audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience as a Credit Controller and a strong understanding of financial regulations. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
