Career Overview

We are seeking a seasoned CRM & Digital Manager to spearhead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust CRM strategy to enhance customer data quality, segmentation, and utilisation, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and optimised email templates to drive improvement and customer engagement.
  • Explore and implement automated email flows, including new subscriber confirmation, enquiry flow, and more, to streamline customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to develop innovative strategies, utilising best practices and customer journey insights to drive business results.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
  • Complete HubSpot implementation, working closely with the Head of Digital to ensure a seamless integration.
  • Develop and execute paid marketing channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and new enquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using HubSpot, with a strong background in email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing, customer personas, and CRM management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the luxury or arts space, with a deep understanding of CRM, digital, and email marketing principles.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics for reporting and decision-making.
  • Passion for CRM and digital marketing, with a strong desire to drive business growth through data-driven strategies.
  • B2C and B2B experience, with a proven track record of success in driving customer engagement and business results.
