We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to our dynamic engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be among the foundational members of a new department, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of applications across web and mobile platforms.
- Enhance and maintain testing practices to ensure high standards.
- Define a clear testing scope and investigate production issues to their root causes.
- Ensure that acceptance criteria are met or adjusted appropriately.
- Validate that releases maintain high quality and are ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with product team members to identify and document defects.
- Keep test packs, tools, and methodologies up to date.
- Assist business analysts in clarifying requirements with developers.
- Take charge of non-functional testing activities.
- Write executable acceptance criteria for features.
- Measure coverage of both functional and non-functional testing.
- Propose improvements to systems, tools, or processes proactively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to recommend technological solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage personal training and development requirements.
- Provide accurate estimates suitable for various phases of the development lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of quality principles and delivery.

- Proficient in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving.
