Menlo Park is collaborating with a highly esteemed and innovative general practice, seeking to appoint a Nursing Team Coordinator to oversee the nursing staff on a part-time basis, dedicating 24 hours each week.

This role encompasses a blend of clinical responsibilities and managerial duties, including representing the nursing staff in various discussions, conducting performance evaluations, and managing staff schedules.

Compensation: £44,000 - £48,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with an NHS pension, 27 days of annual leave, and public holidays.
