Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Blom and Blom. As a key member of our nursery setting in Horsham, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and extend children's learning, development, and educational outcomes
  • Organise and oversee the planning, implementation, and provision of activities
  • Carry out observations and evaluations
  • Plan and provide next steps to support children's development
Requirements:
  • A level 2 or level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioners qualification
  • An understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems
  • An understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
