Mid Market Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid Market Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop new and experienced sales team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Directly manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Attend sales and customer meetings, review call recordings, and provide feedback to the sales team to improve sales techniques and increase win rates.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Develop and implement a multi-product sales process to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and motivate the sales team to achieve key objectives, providing constructive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
  • Manage the accuracy of sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Solutions Associate, Implementation, Partnerships, Sales Ops, and CS leadership, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with SDR Managers to ensure smooth operations between the Mid Market SDR team and the Mid Market Account Executive team, generating high-quality leads.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales, with a strong background in MarTech.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
