As a Pharmacy Training Coordinator, you will leverage your professional expertise to manage the Foundation Pharmacist Training Programme and supervise a diverse array of projects and initiatives throughout the region.
This position demands exceptional organizational, leadership, and management capabilities, along with the aptitude to spearhead collaborative working efforts.
A genuine enthusiasm for education, a comprehensive understanding of the pharmacy landscape, and experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting are essential, as is a proven history of delivering projects within specified timelines.
This role encompasses the NHS England South East region, with flexibility in office location based on suitability. The successful candidate may be required to travel across the South East and potentially to other regions as necessary.

Qualifications
Essential
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
- Postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience in healthcare education or workforce development.
Desirable
- Formal training in project management or equivalent experience in a project environment.
Skills & Knowledge
Essential
- Commitment to principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in education and training delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, adapting communication styles to meet varying needs.
- Working knowledge and experience in foundation pharmacist education.
Desirable
- Advanced knowledge or experience equivalent to a Master's level.

- Experience in enhancing quality within a health or social care environment.
