About the Role

My Recruitment Career is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Research Associate to join our team in the Financial Markets sector. As a Sales Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in executing tactical and strategic recruitment practices within one or more lines of business (LOBs)
  • Manage candidate relationships through the hiring cycle, including client briefs, resourcing, and engaging with candidates
  • Conduct commercial research on client technology use cases to identify potential candidates
  • Support new business development and sales functions to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • University degree (ideally a Master's) in a relevant field
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the capital markets consultancy or technology industry (recruitment or sales roles a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with C-level associates and candidates
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
