Finance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable individual to join our team at Recoverable Solutions Ltd as a Finance Sales Executive. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business, with a focus on developing and streamlining our sales department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing outbound sales strategies to drive business growth
- Automating current processes and implementing key changes to scale our sales operations
- Building relationships with prospective clients through face-to-face and web-based interactions
- Assisting with client onboarding and liaison duties to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Managing inbound sales enquiries and follow-up activities to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborating with the team to identify new initiatives and opportunities to drive business growth and improve processes
- Possibility of future team leader or management roles within the company
The ideal candidate will possess:
Essential:
- A positive and proactive attitude

- Ambitious and able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Comfortable with phone-based interactions
Desirable:
- Full UK driving license
- Background in the financial industry
- Team leader or management experience, or sales expertise

- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
