About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Assessor - Technical to join our team at Vermelo RPO. As a Claims Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of pet insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and settle pet insurance claims with precision and attention to detail.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to customers to gather information and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with pet owners and veterinarians to gather necessary information and make informed decisions.
  • Identify and address any anomalies or potential fraud, working closely with the team to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of efficiency in the claims process.
Requirements
  • Experience in pet medical assessment or veterinary nursing.
  • Background in claims or insurance industry, preferably with a focus on pet insurance.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
