We are seeking a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team at The Massage Company. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy sessions to our clients, promoting the health and wellness benefits of regular massage, and maintaining a professional and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional massage therapy sessions to clients, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team and management to ensure seamless client experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Qualification in Massage Therapy (BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to speak standard English
