About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of all employees across our group, including sifting applications, screening, and booking interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for all positions, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent.
- Liaise with Home Managers and administrators to coordinate rotas and vacancies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Administer recruitment documentation, including background checks, DBS, references, contracts, and offer letters.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, including sponsorship and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks and provide guidance on employment law and best practices.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices, with a strong understanding of the care home sector.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
