If you have a strong enthusiasm for fitness and wellbeing, you could take charge of providing outstanding service at our facility. Your role will involve inspiring members, conducting classes, evaluating schedules, and ensuring timely responses to member inquiries. Here, you will actively enhance both your expertise and our service offerings.

As an Exercise Program Supervisor at Nuffield Health, you will be a certified instructor with the necessary credentials in group exercise. You should possess experience in a corporate or commercial fitness setting. Ideally, you will also have a first aid certification and be able to adhere to Emergency Action Procedures.

As an Exercise Program Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting classes in both the studio and pool environments
  • Expanding our class offerings and schedules in alignment with current trends and budgetary constraints
  • Assisting the team in adhering to health and safety regulations and professional standards
  • Ensuring all fitness equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
  • Promoting all health assessments, classes, and programs available
  • Following established procedures for opening and closing the facility, as well as managing membership transactions
