About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Senior Social Work Professional, you will be responsible for working in a Children's Social Work assessment team, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social work policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of social work practice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker (holding a social work degree or equivalent) registered with Social Work England.
  • At least 2 years post-qualifying experience, ideally with experience of working in a Children's Social Work assessment team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
