Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting pre-launch training sessions and awareness-building workshops.
  • Organizing outreach initiatives such as career fairs and business exhibitions in collaboration with established youth and entrepreneurial networks.
  • Participating in marketing and engagement events to promote our services and attract potential clients.
  • Delivering structured workshops and engaging in webinars that encourage self-employment and business initiation.
  • Maintaining compliance with all necessary documentation and operational procedures.
  • Building and nurturing a robust network of stakeholders to generate leads and support client engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Hub Manager to develop and sustain local entrepreneurial community networks across the region.
  • Managing client data accurately, ensuring all activities are documented in accordance with digital systems and compliance standards.
  • Engaging effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote our services and establish a reliable referral network.
  • Staying informed about public and private sector support services available for SMEs in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Relevant training or qualifications in Enterprise or Entrepreneurship.
  • Previous experience in providing business advice.
