Position: Compensation and Benefits Manager
Location: Flexible - Hybrid Work Environment
Contract Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating diverse program meetings, strategic planning sessions, and workshops aimed at the successful implementation of our innovative systems.
- Collaborating with clients and program leaders to define specific payroll objectives and milestones.
- Identifying gaps in existing business process documentation during implementation activities and making necessary adjustments.
- Coordinating with Service Delivery teams to ensure staff participation in testing events without disrupting regular operations.
- Overseeing payroll-related activities within the broader project scope, ensuring the successful execution of all planned parallel run procedures.
- Serving as the operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all payroll-related functions, ensuring that best practices are integrated into the solutions.
- Engaging with pension providers to confirm that new system implementations align with their requirements and that these specifications are incorporated into the overall project framework.
- Keeping senior management and the executive team informed about the progress of payroll implementation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in establishing and nurturing effective relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Demonstrated payroll management experience.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and experience in payroll system implementation projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll best practices.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present management information effectively.
