Position Overview
At Watchfinder, we prioritize the customer experience, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all timepieces are managed with precision and efficiency, upholding the exceptional standards we are known for in delivering superior service.
You will exhibit outstanding organizational skills, ensuring that every watch received at the boutique is accounted for, processed, and stored accurately.
Your role will involve the seamless movement of watches, including dispatching to clients and transferring to other Watchfinder locations, showcasing your strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
With a keen eye for detail, you will adopt a thorough approach to your responsibilities, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
As a Stock Control & Dispatch Assistant at Watchfinder, you will have a genuine passion for our products and the customer experience, embodying our core values of connection, curiosity, innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-store inventory effectively
- Process stock requests and live orders promptly and efficiently
- Assist the sales team with all inquiries related to watches
- Conduct comprehensive stock audits to maintain a zero-error rate
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare watches for transfer to other Watchfinder locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and back office
- Record and process returned watches
