Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the physical venue experience through digital integration.
Key Responsibilities- Design and User Experience: Lead the design of an intuitive, engaging user interface that enhances the physical venue experience through digital integration. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are perfectly aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Design features that ensure a seamless experience across both physical venues and digital platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to blend the in-venue activities with the mobile app experience.
- Design System & Branding: Contribute to and expand our design system, ensuring brand consistency and superior usability across all platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with app designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into innovative design solutions. Present your ideas and progress to the team, incorporating feedback to align with project goals.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the gambling and mobile app industries. You will identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices in UX/UI design.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products (mobile applications preferred).
- A background in the gambling or gaming industry is a plus but not essential.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design expertise and successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma (our current tool of choice) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
