Job Description

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our global procurement optimization project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and categorize current supplier list to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities and select preferred suppliers based on strategic sourcing criteria
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather supplier information and develop a comprehensive understanding of procurement processes
  • Streamline supplier list and negotiate agreements to optimize procurement efficiency
  • Develop a preferred supplier list with secondary options to ensure business continuity
  • Lead procurement processes and contract management to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Execute sourcing, tendering, and negotiation activities to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with Senior Procurement Manager to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Perform ad-hoc procurement activities as required to support business needs

Experience
  • International company experience with a focus on global procurement optimization
  • Contract performance management and data analytics tools proficiency
  • Procurement project management and sourcing strategy development
  • Contract negotiation expertise and process improvement implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite
