The Role:
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will be expected to possess:
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young individuals.
- Patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting young individuals with appointments and activities, such as shopping or outings.
- Completing necessary documentation.
- Performing household tasks.
- Engaging young individuals in various tasks and activities.
Outcomes First Group is actively seeking Youth Support Specialists to enhance our teams in the Shropshire region.
We are a registered independent accommodation provider dedicated to supporting vulnerable young individuals with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and Complex Needs.
