Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Portman Smile Clinic in Rainham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
