Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our Engineering & Manufacturing department in Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities maintenance and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure the smooth running of our facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections and safety checks of machinery and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and craftspeople to ensure effective maintenance and engineering operations.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and project timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing facilities and a strong understanding of maintenance and engineering operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
