About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Locality Team as a Children's Social Worker. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to balance home and office responsibilities while making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-agency partnerships, plans, interventions, and meetings to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Work within a restorative practice approach, partnering with families and colleagues to address concerns and difficulties effectively.
- Deliver analysis based on evidence and research to inform your work.
- Demonstrate empathy in sensitive situations and build strong relationships with those you serve.
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Our Requirements
- A Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Completion of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
