Position Overview: We are collaborating with a dynamic electrical services provider that is experiencing significant growth in the commercial sector.

Role Requirements: We are seeking a qualified Fixed Wire Testing Technician to service various commercial establishments, including educational institutions, hospitality venues, retail outlets, and light industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fixed wire testing and generate detailed EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) using a laptop.
  • Conduct emergency lighting assessments and execute necessary remedial tasks, such as replacing sockets, lights, and switches.
  • Carry out general electrical maintenance across commercial properties.

Compensation: The starting salary for this position is £38,000, with potential earnings reaching up to £45,000 annually based on performance.

Work Schedule: The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend work on an as-needed basis.

Benefits: The role includes a company vehicle, fuel card, holiday entitlement, pension contributions, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess an 18th Edition qualification, 2391 or equivalent, and an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
