Back-of-House Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back-of-House Supervisor at our East London Store. This is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory operations, including goods receiving, stock organization, and goods dispatching.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise members of the store team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within inventory management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that inventory management practices adhere to health and safety guidelines, minimizing risks to employees and customers.
  • Customer Service: Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and in person.
Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory management, with a proven track record of supervisory responsibilities and using cloud-based inventory management systems.
