About the Role

Mediq UK, a leading supplier of healthcare consumables and equipment, is seeking a highly analytical individual to join their Finance team as a FPA & Business Insights Partner. This role will support the Commercial Finance Manager in achieving financial reporting and commercial analysis goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of accurate financial reports and month-end close.
  • Provide daily sales and margin reporting.
  • Offer commercial sales data, reports, and customer-specific analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest FPA & BI techniques and software.
  • Maintain and develop Activity-Based Costing models.
  • Support contracts and procurement with supplier shipping and funding.
  • Own brand reporting.
  • Monthly sales and margin forecasting requirements.
  • Support the annual budget process.
  • Prepare and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics.
  • Inflation analysis by customers and products.
  • Collaborate with credit control and customer services to resolve invoice queries and correct billings.
  • Support other functions with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records on customer and supplier reporting within agreed timescales.
Requirements
  • Highly analytical individual with strong data analysis skills.
