Job Title: French Wealth Solutions Associate

About the Role:

The French Wealth Solutions Associate will play a key role in supporting the Wealth Solutions Team Leader in overseeing a team of Wealth Solutions Associates. This team is responsible for providing internal sales support to Insurance Intermediary Representatives during the Prospect phase and operational support during the Non-Trading phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the progress of non-trading accounts for new clients and completing service requests for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the hiring, evaluating, promoting, and terminating of Wealth Solutions Associates
  • Oversee training for new Wealth Solutions Associates and train team members to perform jobs effectively
  • Ensure Wealth Solutions Associates are knowledgeable about Assurance Vie financial institutions, procedures, account structures, and transfers
  • Organize the structure of the Wealth Solutions team to meet and exceed the servicing requirements of the Insurance Intermediary Representatives
  • Oversee the elevation processes and manage daily escalations alongside the team
  • Manage the Wealth Solutions Associates who collaborate with the Insurance Intermediary Representatives, Investment Counsellors, custodians, clients, and other related parties to efficiently set up and transfer all new accounts and to effectively service and maintain all existing accounts
  • Ensure collaboration between Wealth Solutions Associates and all clients and other Wealth Solutions team members
  • Review work completed by Wealth Solutions Associates to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Build an effective team, delegating tasks and assigning projects to team members
  • Collaborate with other teams and act as a resource for issues affecting other departments such as Finance and Compliance
  • Manage insurance companies and other third-party relationships
  • Create, develop, and implement efficiencies and automation in all sales and new account processes
  • Develop and implement procedures for Wealth Solutions Associates
  • Actively work toward developing the efficiency of the department

Requirements:

  • A University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Knowledgeable about French Assurance Vie account structures, transfers, financial institutions, and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, Salesforce, SuitabilityWizard, and PowerBI
  • Experience staying organized and managing time, and communicating with various levels of management and with different departments
  • Experience in mentorship, training new hires, and leading projects/initiatives
