Job Summary

The Team Leader for Wealth Solutions Associates will oversee a team of Wealth Solutions Associates, providing internal sales support to Insurance Intermediary Representatives during the Prospect phase and operational support during the Non-Trading phase. The Team Leader will evaluate team performance through various metrics and qualitative efforts, leading ongoing team meetings, developing individuals, and driving team results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the hiring, evaluation, promotion, and termination of Wealth Solutions Associates
  2. Oversee training for new Wealth Solutions Associates and ensure team members are knowledgeable about Assurance Vie financial institutions, procedures, account structures, and transfers
  3. Organize the structure of the Wealth Solutions Associates team to meet and exceed the servicing requirements of Insurance Intermediary Representatives
  4. Manage daily escalations and oversee the elevation processes
  5. Collaborate with Wealth Solutions Associates, Insurance Intermediary Representatives, Investment Counsellors, custodians, clients, and other related parties to efficiently set up and transfer new accounts and effectively service and maintain existing accounts
  6. Ensure collaboration between Wealth Solutions Associates and all clients and other Wealth Solutions team members
  7. Review work completed by Wealth Solutions Associates to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  8. Build an effective team, delegating tasks and assigning projects to team members
  9. Collaborate with other teams and act as a resource for issues affecting other departments such as Finance and Compliance
  10. Manage insurance companies and other third-party relationships
  11. Create, develop, and implement efficiencies and automation in all sales and new account processes
  12. Develop and implement procedures for Wealth Solutions Associates
  13. Actively work toward developing the efficiency of the department
Requirements
  1. A University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  2. Knowledgeable about French Assurance Vie account structures, transfers, financial institutions, and procedures
  3. Experience with Microsoft programs, Salesforce, SuitabilityWizard, and PowerBI
  4. Experience staying organized and managing time, communicating with various levels of management, and with different departments
  5. Experience in mentorship, training new hires, and leading projects/initiatives
