We're seeking a skilled lifeguard to join our team at Splash Waterworld. As a key member of our poolside team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while also providing exceptional customer service.
You'll be responsible for monitoring the pool area, responding to emergencies, and promoting a fun and safe environment for our guests. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we'll also provide you with the training you need to gain your NPLQ.
We're looking for someone who is a strong swimmer, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to work well under pressure. You'll be part of a great team, but you'll also have the opportunity to work independently at times.
We're open 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. If you're a team player who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a natural ability to engage with people, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
