As a Project Management Consultant within the 'Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology' (ADS&T) sector, you will be an integral part of our Programme Delivery Practice. In this capacity, you will empower organizations to maximize the advantages of digital transformation and innovative operations. Your role will involve direct collaboration with clients, identifying, shaping, and enhancing delivery capabilities. You will be encouraged to lead your own work packages or Agile delivery teams across various markets.

Your Responsibilities:

You will have the autonomy to work independently or oversee high-performing, technical, multi-disciplinary teams. Your focus will be on delivering products or outcomes on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards, often employing agile methodologies to fulfill our clients' requirements. Your approach will be people-centric, dedicated to fostering and nurturing partnership-level relationships, ensuring clients remain at the heart of our endeavors and creating a meaningful impact through genuine change.

What You Bring:

We welcome candidates with robust project management experience or transferable skills from other fields. As a successful applicant, you will be able to showcase the following skills or attributes:
  • Experience in diverse technical project deliveries within collaborative settings.
  • Project Management - Proficiency in managing all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on financial acumen.
  • Familiarity with structured and agile methodologies (e.g., APMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).
  • Client Engagement - The ability to instill confidence in our project delivery through professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Problem Solving - A collaborative approach to identifying issues and developing solutions with clients, effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Commercial Awareness - Experience in contract management, supplier management, or providing commercial advice to clients.
  • Experience in the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
Willingness to be mobile within the UK, including regular travel to and from client sites.
