Job Title: Consultant Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Project Manager to join our Programme Delivery Practice in the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADS&T) business unit. As a Consultant Project Manager, you will play a key role in enabling organisations to achieve maximum benefits from digital transformation and innovative operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management, and risk management.
  • Work directly with clients to identify, shape, and manage better delivery capabilities.
  • Lead high-performing and technical multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products or outputs to time, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership-level relationships with clients.
  • Embody our values and ways of working, including teamwork, communication, flexibility, customer focus, achievement, initiative, development, collegiate, ethics, and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience or equivalent transferable skills from other careers.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management, and risk management.
  • Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies.
  • Strong client engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to provide contract management, supplier management, or commercial advice to clients.
