Property Valuer

Alder King Property Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Valuer to join our Bristol office. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation advice to our retained clients and targeting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuations for a wide range of clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong profile within the Bristol market, ensuring excellent client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior surveyors within the team.
- Support professional development through training and mentoring.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Chartered and a Registered Valuer with the RICS, with at least 5 years' experience.
- Fluent with all Microsoft packages and relevant IT packages, including ARGUS software.
- A highly motivated commercial approach, with the ability to work as part of a team and as a self-starter.
- Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Resilience to work under pressure, with excellent prioritisation, time management, negotiation, and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver information clearly and succinctly.
- A proactive and receptive attitude, with a positive 'can do' approach and a high level of professionalism.
- A clean driving licence.
