With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain a profile within the Bristol market, ensuring strong client relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a comprehensible manner, providing leadership and guidance to junior surveyors within the team.
As a Property Valuer at Alder King, you will have the opportunity to grow with the business and develop your skills and training to reach your full potential.
Responsibilities- Undertake a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuations for a wide variety of clients.
- Develop and maintain a profile within the Bristol market, ensuring strong client relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a comprehensible manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior surveyors within the team.
- Support professional development through training and mentoring.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Must be chartered and a Registered Valuer with the RICS with at least 5 years' experience.
- Fluent with all Microsoft packages and relevant to the role IT packages including ARGUS software.
- A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter working on your own initiative.
- Have strong research, analytical skills and reporting skills.
- Have resilience to work under pressure; have excellent prioritisation, time management, negotiation and organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent/good communication and inter-personal skills and, deliver information clearly and succinctly.
- Be proactive and receptive to change, hold a positive 'can do' attitude and uphold the highest level of professionalism at all times.
- Hold a clean driving licence.
