You will become a key resource for all product development initiatives, particularly when standard solutions are insufficient or system integrations are required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer technical support to both internal teams and clients concerning their products, services, and solutions.
  • Continuously research and familiarize yourself with the rapidly changing product offerings.
  • Convert product roadmaps into actionable solution architectures and ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and comprehensive end-to-end tests.
  • Address technical inquiries from clients on a regular basis, which includes:
  • Being accessible during standard business hours to respond to technical emails, handle calls, and participate in technical meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and potential clients regarding the technical aspects of software delivery.
  • Create necessary scripts and APIs to facilitate communication between applications.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work independently.
