Project Implementation Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated professional who is dedicated to improving access to mental health resources for young people. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to serve as a vital liaison for stakeholders utilizing our offerings and communicating effectively with families. Creativity, resourcefulness, and strong communication abilities are essential, along with a proactive mindset.

Success in this role hinges on cultivating strong relationships and ensuring our mental health technology solutions effectively reach their intended users. This is achieved by integrating our services into local educational, health, and mental health frameworks through targeted outreach and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture values-driven partnerships with essential stakeholders across educational, health, and community sectors.
  • Disseminate tailored information about our offerings to key audiences through written materials, digital platforms, and in-person presentations and workshops.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products, inspiring families and professionals to engage with our services and effectively integrate them into existing pathways.
  • Analyze and interpret available data to assess the impact of your initiatives and guide future implementation strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation from both service and product perspectives. Address obstacles, uncover root causes, devise solutions, and rally cross-functional support to overcome challenges.
  • Spot opportunities for enhancement and motivate colleagues to bring these ideas to fruition.
  • Maintain precise records, including stakeholder information, meeting summaries, and action items.
  • Contribute to our overall customer retention strategy by ensuring the successful deployment of our service offerings.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to boost revenue, collaborating closely with sales and business development teams.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in educational, health, or mental health environments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Capacity to develop and sustain long-term connections through regular engagement.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing various responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales/Business Development, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery).
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
  • Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Perks

  • Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.
  • 28 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, along with access to a pension scheme.
  • Full-time, permanent contract (flexible hours can be discussed).
