About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our thriving team at a well-established dealership. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including the latest models, features, and benefits.
  • Organize and accompany customers on test drives, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Handle the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to the final sale, including financing options and trade-in evaluations.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential, along with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Motivation: The ideal candidate is driven and self-motivated, eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
