Key Responsibilities:

3. **Risk Management:** Collaborate closely with the PMO and relevant stakeholders to oversee project risks, essential resources, schedules, and financials, ensuring that any modifications to the project are managed effectively.
4. **Mitigation Planning:** Assess project risks in terms of likelihood and impact, ensuring that comprehensive and approved mitigation strategies are in place.
