Residential Support Worker

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at a Residential Children's Home in Melksham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  2. Work closely with other team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents.
