About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Mackinnon Bruce International in Leeds. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients and candidates for the business, in your allocated sector to build and develop your own desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads with new clients and build key relationships within your market.
- Identify contacts within the industry and become an expert in your market.
- Develop your brand across our platforms and develop business through candidate and company led methodologies.
- Interview candidates and take client meetings to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and ambitious individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently engage with candidates and clients.
- Self-driven and motivated to work autonomously to build your own pipeline.
- Results-orientated and driven to achieve business growth.
- Prior experience in a Sales/Recruitment role is essential.
