The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT Help Desk team. As the first point of contact for staff experiencing technical issues, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective support to staff via telephone, live chat, and online portals, resolving a wide range of IT inquiries.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to systems and resources.
- Assist with the creation and management of NHS Registration Authority Accounts and Smartcards, adhering to strict identity verification procedures.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and other IT professionals to track and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Your Skills and Experience
