- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, including regular feedback sessions, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Talent Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Onboarding and Induction: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
