Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ENT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ENT surgery and a special interest in otology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold Full registration with the GMC and a licence to practise
  • Be on the specialist register or within six months of their expected date of CCT at the time of interview
  • Have specialist registrar or equivalent grade experience in ENT surgery leading to CCT or equivalent
  • Be able to fully integrate within the ENT unit and develop own specialist interest that complements the existing skills/interests of the directorate
  • Be able to communicate with and motivate colleagues both medical and non-medical, evidence of good team worker and the ability to lead a team

The programme of support for each individual doctor will be flexible depending on his/her particular needs and experience. You will be required to participate in Consultant Appraisal and Job Plan Reviews on an annual basis and the revalidation process in line with your professional registration.
